DELIVERY & SAFETY

DELIVERY

All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not alter or otherwise affect your statutory rights.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100 (up to 30KG, UK Mainland)

UK Mainland Standard Delivery (UP TO 30KG) is charged at the following rates:

          Royal Mail 

- Up to 1kg, 1st class = £3.85,   2nd class = £3.20

- Up to 2kg, 1st class = £5.57,   2nd class sign for = £4.20

          DHL

- Up to 28kg     = £8.99

- 28kg to 30kg  = £10.99

- £100+  = FREE DELIVERY

Delivery to the Isle of Wight is £11.99.

Delivery to Northern Ireland  and  Scottish Highlands & Islands is £15.99 ( Will take 2-3 working days)

 

All Perishable & Frozen Goods are dispatched Tuesday to Thursday by Next Day Courier Service. 

For Dry goods are dispatched Tuesday to Friday

 

Please note: we Do Not dispatch on weekends

 

Please contact us if you need your order delivered over the weekend as additional weekend deliveries charges will apply.

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working days, however, at busy times it may take up to 2 working days to receive your delivery. 

All our deliveries are tracked!

STORE PICKUP 

You can order everything, Choose the Pick Up option when checking out. 

We will send you an  email or message to let you know once your order is Ready for Pickup and waiting for you at the shop.

Delivery / Shipping Payments / Availability of goods

In the event that your order cannot be delivered in full (due to the availability of goods) we will contact you to discuss your options.  Where a product is out of stock and a similar product is available in stock for the same price or less we reserve the right to substitute one for the other and adjust your order accordingly.

Returns, collections & cancellations

We accept the return of damaged goods, which must be reported to us within 24hours of receiving.  For quality assurance, we photograph all orders before they are dispatch to you. 

Where the Customer is unavailable and unable to collect their order before it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for re-shipping and any perishable items are non-refundable.

Customers will be responsible for the prompt return of orders (at their own cost) where an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched. We will not accept the cancellation of perishable goods.

Fresh & Frozen goods

Fresh & Frozen goods will be sent by next day delivery.  We make every effort to insulate packaging but cannot guarantee the condition of frozen goods when received.

*** During periods of extreme weather (snow, flooding etc.), or other major national/international disruptions, deliveries are likely to be (in some cases, severely) delayed. Delays may continue after conditions have returned to normal, due to backlogs at couriers' depots. During such periods we will place an advisory notice in a prominent position on our Homepage. Perishable (fresh/frozen) goods are ordered during such periods at customer's own risk.
